Marina Roig Altozano

Founding partner and practicing lawyer since 1995. Throughout his professional career, she has worked in reputed firms of Barcelona. She has assumed the legal management and defense in very important legal proceedings in economic criminal law, crimes against Public Administration and money laundering. She is also expert in prision law.

She was president of the Criminal Law Section of Barcelona Bar Association.

She is Criminal Law professor in the School of Legal Practice and the Master's degree in Criminal Advocacy, of the Barcelona Bar Association and also in the Master's degree of Advocacy from the University of Barcelona. She has published various articles in legal journals and she has collaborated in numerous commented editions in Criminal Code (Cedecs Publisher). She is lecturer in criminal and procedural matters in Barcelona Bar Association.

She is graduated in Law and in Criminology from the University of Barcelona. She has attained specialized certificates in juvenile criminal law, in prison law and in gender violence.

Mariano Bergés Tarilonte

Founding partner and practicing lawyer since 2001. For several years, he was the manager of the Criminal Law area in a law firm with presence in several countries. He was also part of the team of lawyers in one of the most reputed criminal boutiques in the country.

Throughout his professional career, he has defended the interest of private citizens and nacional and multinational companies in complex criminal processes related to business activity, professional negligence and quasi delict.

Carlos Martínez Mirón

Founding partner and practicing lawyer since 2004. He has served as a criminal lawyer in well-known law firms in the city of Barcelona.

He is commended by his knowledge and experience in cybercrime, crimes related to intellectual and industrial property, to market and consumers and his experience in crimes against people and in the field of juvenile criminal law.

Nowadays, he is president of the Penitentiary Law Commission of Barcelona Bar Association.

He is associated professor in the Criminal Law Department at the University of Barcelona. He is also professor in the Course to Access to the Legal Profession run by ISDE. He is collaborator teacher at UOC. Habitually, he collaborates as a speaker in courses of criminal and procedural matters in Barcelona Bar Association. He has published various articles in legal journals.
